Glastonbury here we come

Well I don't know about you, but I bagged me a couple of Glasto tickets on Sunday. I can't wait. It was awesome last year, and with The White Stripes headlining and Bloc Party also playing, it is set to be even awesomer.

It took nearly two hours of phoning, and just as I was about to lose all hope I thought the internet deserved another bash. Straight through. Oh yes! You beauty! Myself and a matey mate are off to the biggest and best party in the world.

In other music related news, I'm off to see The Subways next week. I was going with three friends but annoyingly one has to work and one of the others can't make it because, well his band has been asked to support!

All of which should make it easier to stroll backstage for an interview with the main event despite being on the guestlist. Yeah that's right, I'm up there in the music world.

What's more, I'll also get a chance to check the NME hyped Battle. Roll on Thursday!
